One of my friends recently asked me the meaning of the word 'charm'. I referred her to Halsey. Halsey is charming. She makes you feel good, when you chat with her. She is empathetic. And she likes my art. What more could one ask for. :-)

Halsey = HOt.
Halsey = a damn fine awesome woman and load of fun! She is by far the best thing ever to appear on earth. Free spirited, adorable, sexy, and totally unafraid to express herself. good lord, where to start with this one.
First word I would use to describe this most unique of creatures: Fire Cracker what no, I thinks it should be: FIRECRACKER!! Yup, thats better. ok, off the wall, funny as all hell, sexy, smart, cute, friendly(if you are her friend), open, honest, fun, sexy, silly. And I am really glad that she is my friend.
