I'm an old school guy- tattooed, bald, beer gut, and hangin' in there just to spite everyone. I'm into old cars, Harleys, traditional rods & customs, kustom kulture, tattoos, music (rock, rockabilly, country, blue grass, and blues), pinups, low brow art, my Basset Hound, and gettin' by in this life as best I can. I grew up in Arizona and then spent some years around the Gulf of Mexico before ending up in Alaska. Now I'm back in Arizona where I started out. I've been working on the water for the last 35 years in one capacity or another- mostly working on offshore supply vessels and tugs. The time I spent in Alaska I did tanker escorts in Prince William Sound and worked as a Oil Spill Prevention and Response Coordinator. I've got two old '50's cars and two old Harley Shovelheads that I enjoy working on and driving / riding. The '57 Ford Ranchwagon I found out in the woods in Alaska where it had sat for 16 years and was in pretty rough shape. After working on it for some years (and with the help of a few friends) it is now on the road and runs pretty good. My '55 Nash Metropolitan I bought back in 1971 in Tempe Arizona. I have a '82 FLH (that I bought new in Florida) and a '78 FX that I aquired up in Alaska. The '78 was rat bike when I bought it and has evolved into a FL. I guess you could call me a gearhead- I do pretty much all my own work and what I can't handle I usually know somebody who can help me out. Screw the trailerqueens and billot boys! I hang out with the 4-B's- Bike Trash, Boat Trash, Building Trash, and Body Shop Trash. I'm honest and up-front and look for others who have the same interests.
