I don't think so. I didn't think much was going to happen Y2K, mycellf. I do think there is something real at the center of the 2012 hubbub.

Y2K was a man made issue... computer supposedly unable to deal with any date beyond 1999 but 2012 is measured by a different things. It coincides not only with the end of the Mayan calendar but with the full entry of the Earth's orbit into the Photon Belt and a return to a certain position on the precession of the Equinoxes. That said, I am not sure anything will happen on a catastrophic level from one day to the next. I am much more open to a slow progress into new consciousness and having to deal with the last throes of the "old order." I like the question! Namaste

I think 2012 is a code...... like a numeric symbol... God's telephone number? hee hee heee.....
But WHY wait that long before you purify your consciousness?
Time and space are themselves illusions. You can shift both with your consciousness, and with ceremony. And also great, sacred lovemaking! Trust me on that one! |

I think that 2012 will be simply the apex of the shift in consciousness that has already begun. People are fast losing faith in organized religion and there is a genuine movement toward truth. This is just the start of a new great cycle, and the Great Astrological age of Christianity, darkness and suffering (Pisces) is almost over........
