A guy I work with jumped or fell from his apartment balcony only one story high Saturday morning. People at work said he has been depressed over his girlfriend for some time now and that he takes a lot of downers, so they believe it was attempted suicide. According to them, witnesses (neighbors) say they saw him hanging out in is underwear for some time looking over the ledge. (He lives above our place of employment) He did not die of course, but instead, broke his back, both hips, a femur, both ankles and crushed his heels. Sounds like he landed standing up! That sucks! Especially since he does not have health insurance. Its been fucking with me this week. Not to sound cold, but if you are going to do it, do it right. Now he will be crippled for life and probably have to be on disability until that runs out and then what? Will his girlfriend go back to him then? dumb ass. He is pretty cute too and its sad he dealt with it by jumping off a one story building.

I can't believe that asshole is going to profit off of the Sep. 11 attack by his cheesy, perverse, theory of what really happened. Oh, and of course the plot is about two cops ("Americas true hero's"), who get caught in the ruble. Wow, that's intense, kinda like camping! GAG me with a rusty pitchfork. Here is the best part, its starring Nicolas Cage!! GAG again. Id rather eat my own eyeballs than see a movie with that winy, worried-face-looking creep who couldn't act to save his life! I can only entertain myself how bad the sound track is going to be. Like Public Image Limited said "burn Hollywood burn" is appropriate for this crap! Romanticizing the death of thousands of innocent people, profiting from it, and embarrassing this country even more! Thank you Oliver!!! I have an awesome documentary idea, but I lack the technology and partner to film it. I was going to work with a friend of mine, but she and I have found some personality conflicts... I have final cut, but no Mac, I don’t have a camera, but wish to use a DVX 100, (but I’m open to others). OH, and lights!! I don’t mind renting equipment, but if someone already has access to equipment, and likes my idea, maybe they would like to work on this project with me. Although my degree is in Apparel design, I choose chose film and editing as electives, so I am not completely ignorant to the film makeing process from pre-production to editing. I have experience on 2 feature films, a handful of shorts, and class projects, both filming and editing. I don’t have experience in Pro tools. I picked up a great book on documentary filmmaking, though, I want to branch off from traditional styles. I hope to start in September, as I am busy putting a fashion show together for B-man. I would like to interview people from the bay area, but I also fancy taking a trip to NY for a few days to interview people there, (I have someone I/we can stay with). I want to interview as many people as I/we can, then use only the best of the best. I digress, if you know someone who wants a fall/winter project send them my way.I want to take this seriously, but have fun, and would like to get it shown at a indie film festival.

I woke up at 5:30, with insomnia due to my exciting return to Boise after 2 years. I started making a corset last night, so I decided to work on it some more instead of fighting my insomnia. Ugh, I am feeling tired, however, I wish I was at home, drinking coffee, listing in to Johnny Cash , sewing my corset and enjoying this warm overcast morning. Or I could be reading my book that I started a few weeks ago titled “Under the Banner of Heaven” by Jon Krakauer. It’s a non-fiction book about Mormon fundamentalists. Creepy McCreeperson Creepo Rama!! They make George Bush look like a Saint. Most of its set in good ole Utah, and it wigs me out I lived there for 3 years. FLDS groups are not recognized by the Mormon Church, however they go by the same readings of Joseph Smith The Book of Mormon. A book that the Mormons believe is made of gold and Joseph Smith had to wear special glasses to translate it from ancient Egyptian writing. This is after several years of returning to the spot the book was buried, led by an angel Moroni, who decided when Joseph could dig it up and take it, but first he had to have an under aged wife…of course. I mean, you can’t start a religion (cult) unless you are a pedophile!! So a cult was born! Mormonism is the fastest growing religion in the western Hemisphere, with more Mormons then Presbyterians, Episcopalians and Jews (thanks Germany). Mormons would still by polygamist had it not been for the Government stepping in and taking over. So modern Mormons abide by these rules…but not the FLDS. No no no. There are several groups of practicing polygamy today, but they get legally married to one woman, and “spiritually” marrying many. I wouldn’t be so against the more than one wife thing, it’s the fathering of 75 inbred kids, with 12 year old wives, that really makes me want to go commit hate crimes. That and the selfish attempt to over populate this already overpopulated world. In a little town called Colorado City, on the Utah/Arizona border, not only are the Police force FLDS, the Science teachers are too. They believe the Earth has only been around for 7 thousand years. So basically you have a village of 5 hundred, inbred, pedophiles, who believe the way into heaven is by control, rape, ignorance, not watching T.V., not drinking alcohol (even though Jesus did) and praying to the Book of Mormon, conjured up by a schizophrenic who’s practical joke of a cult is raping 12 year old kids and impregnating them. HOT!! Another little inbred raping ground is in Bountiful, a city in Canada, just above the Idaho Border. A few years ago, a young woman escaped, after her life was threatened for “disobeying”, the authorities got involved, and arrested a couple of men on rape charges. They had 20 yrs in prison but were released in 4 for good behavior! AHHH someone give me a gun! I am only on chapter 6, and I wonder how red my face will turn from anger by the time I am done with this book. It’s a MUST read! It’s very educational about the Mormon religion, and you will learn that there are kids who are the stepmother to family members twice their age.
