Phoenix and I have sold our land
good news $$$
bad news we need a place asap
renting= sharing house with folks
or little cabin, need 2 bedrooms or 1 big 1
400-700$$
between sechelt and gibs
buying= I have 40 000 to put with someone elses scene
2 homes on lot, or big house to cut in 1/2
or create a whole new scene from the ground up. ect ect.......
share morgage , share garden, share dreams
you know what I'm talking about
family is the word
must want to live with children
not "well i guess a kid aroud would be neat"
more like "right on, I love kids"

I am wondering why you decided to sell....what's a happening? Move to the Kootenays! I would love to see you out here. Did you know...its the place to be. Well, winter is a little colder....but lots of great family vibes. I send you many blessings for a wonderful new home.
