Oh im jealous I wish I were goin to mexico real de catorce is amazing and right at the gateway to medicine land, from there you take a crazy jeep that only leave once a day down an indiana jones style road to estation de catorce where there is mucho medicino and they will know what you are there for, Just be carefull cause there are laws but they dont seem to apply as long as in the desert, copper canyon is pretty awsome too with the tahrahumara people, really big drums for cheap and crazy baskets too. super duper blessings on the journey Lovin you and missin you my brotha |

Ooooh, Mexeeee`coooo, Never really been but I sure wanna go!!!
Aloha buddy,
hope all is well, sounds like it is if your headin for ol Mayheeco. First off, always keep an American 20 in your sock, and memorize the words, Hay otro via, pronounced "I Ohtroh veeyah", which means... is there another way? You recite these words to the officers, just before you slip them the twenty. Actually they often work in pairs so you might carry two 20's just to be safe. OK, so, locations. Mazatlan on the coast, check out rock island, a peninsula a little south of the city. Puerto Vallarta, stay just long enough to catch a boat from the docks to a lil place called Yalapa. No roads there so ya gotta take a boat. This would be my first choice. Second choice, Palenque, in the state of Chiapas. Check out all the lil places along the road from the pueblo to the ruins. Highly recommend El Pan Chan. Veg restaraunt and a lil temple with space for movement downstairs and meditation upstairs. Third choice, the rest of Chiapas. San Christobal is awesome, heart of the Zapatista movement. And if there is any way in hell, across the border is Guatemala, my favorite part of Mexico. I could write pages about this. Buen Viaje!
