Such a strong beautiful woman, who like a phoenix, has transformed and been reborn, many times over...
Lindsay, you are such a wonderful mama and a treasured sister, I love you and wish you the best in all you do!
Blessed be love!
Rectum Stretcher
While she was "flying" down the road yesterday (10 miles over the
limit), a woman passed over a bridge only to find a cop with a radar
gun on the other side lying in wait. The cop pulled her over, walked
up to the car, and with that classic patronizing smirk we all know
and love, asked, "What's your hurry?"
To which she replied, "I'm late for work."
"Oh yeah," said the cop, "what do you do?"
"I'm a rectum stretcher," she responded.
The cop stammered,...

A guy goes to the supermarket and notices an attractive woman waving
at him. She says hello.
He's rather taken a back because he can't place where he knows her
from.
So he says, "Do you know me?" to which she replies, "I think you're
the father of one of my kids."

Clouded and distorted upon waking
left only with lingering feelings,
a vague memory of what came to pass.
That is what you are to me,
that is all you could ever be.
Far beyond my reach,
an untuchable memory of a dream.
Time is not a kind or loving friend.
not a healer of wounds...
just a carrier of years that separate.
Even if continents collide...
there still exists a line of fault.
beautiful while dormant, and at times a little unstable.
head and heart...to...

Tax his land,
Tax his bed,
Tax the table
At which he's fed.
Tax his tractor,
tax his mule,
Teach him taxes are the rule
Tax his cow,
Tax his goat,
Tax his pants,
Tax his coat.
Tax his ties,
Tax his shirt,
Tax his work,
Tax his dirt.
Tax his tobacco,
Tax his drink,
Tax him if he
Tries to think.
Tax his cigars,
Tax his beers,
If he cries, then
Tax his tears.
Tax his car,
Tax his gas,
Find other ways
To tax his ass
Tax all he has ...

Babs Miller was bagging some early potatoes for me. I noticed a small boy, delicate of bone and feature, ragged but clean, hungrily apprising a basket of freshly picked green peas. I paid for my potatoes but was also drawn to the display of fresh green peas. I am a pushover for creamed peas and new potatoes. Pondering the peas, I couldn't help overhearing the conversation between Mr. Miller and the ragged boy next to me. "Hello Barry, how are you today?"
"H'lo, Mr. Miller. Fine, thank ya...
