This Women's Circle will include discovering who we are sexually, as well as creating a
new relationship and understanding of womanhood, the importance of 'sisters'
and most importantly an exploration in the lost art of 'allowing', allowing
is one of woman's natural gifts that she has lost in the constant stream of
'doing' that is required in modern life.

In this moment in history, as a society, our perspective of what is possible
sexually is extremely narrow. We have been living in a man's world and our
understanding of sexuality has developed accordingly. Our definition of
orgasm tends to point towards what is referred to in Tantra as a 'peak'
orgasmic experience. Essentially masculine, the peak orgasm gradually builds
strength until it 'peaks' with a huge release of energy and is usually
followed by fatigue.

In this class we will come back to our bodies as women
and learn to allow them to be our guide as we venture into the uncharted
territory of the 'valley' orgasm. This is an opening deep within us that
allows us to ride the waves of lovemaking deeper and deeper into bliss.

How often have we shied away from the full energy of our sex, how often have we settled for less from our partner? Re-ignite the passion in your relationship as you discover the power of owning what makes you different. First feeling it penetrate our own being, and then sharing it with our lover.

Chakra Breathing Meditation

The chakras are energy centers in the body. Bringing attention to each chakra, we free blocked areas and a new feeling of aliveness can flow through us. As we awaken our body in close proximity to our lover we discover a new sweetness to our sharing.

Sensual Partner Yoga

So often we overlook the simple opportunities to connect with our beloved. Explore gentle, intimate stretching as you feel the beating of your lover’s heart, the breath moving through them, the release as you both expand into the opening of your bodies.

The polarities of woman and man

Why are we drawn together as man and woman? Each of us holds in our body a positive and negative charge, when our polarities are balanced, we are drawn together like magnets. Re-discover the power of your sex as you allow the positive polarities of the body to charge. Allow this charge to take you to wild and unexplored places in your lovemaking.

Sisterhood/ Brotherhood

There is nothing like gathering with our same-sex friends to bring clarity to our relations with the opposite sex. Hold your femininity or masculinity in a new light.

This is an all-levels workshop. It is conducted with the utmost respect for love and intimacy. Partners work exclusively with each other. All group exercises are performed full clothed.
