Yep, that's right. I was nicknamed D-Zel years before I started fire dancing. I have always wanted to train for a bodybuilding competition. The right time and circumstances fell into place end of 2007 and so I started on a meal and exercise plan back in December with my trainer, Fred Smalls. He told me what to eat, when, and gave me a schedule of exercises which included number and rest time in between. It has gotten progressively stricter the past several months. I am now a certified personal trainer. I passed the certification exam today. I plan to get something on the side during a few nights. This won't be taking the place of my day job... yet... Ironically, I had to take a day of vacation in order to take the exam, but it was worth it!
