Rachel is a consummate artist and an inspiration to us all. As a person she is just as wonderful as as she is on stage. This fan hopefully captures some of her exotic style and delightful spirit. The triangle pattern is done in silver leaf by the way - it shines (just like Rachel!). As you can see this piece fits in very well with the geisha theme of my other work, while still being very tribal. I am currently designing things for an Arabian fashion company, so I am shifting towards doing some middle eastern inspired paintings. Perfect for bellydancers...
