Pennsic

I had to do something today to cheer myself up, so I started planning the menu for next War (I just took over duties as camp chef). It actually improved my mood quite a bit to think about going back to Pennsic, and it will give me the chance to try making corn bread in a dutch oven.

if i can find the link i used to have a bunch of recipes for dutch oven cooking. i think its poppa dutch or papa dutch. I know i used a recipe from his site for cheddar apple stuffed pork chops that were out of this world
