Amused musings

Seems like I became rather sensitive to this sense of being in a world where there isn’t enough time to accompliah the things we would like. As I became acutely aware of the struggle with time I also began to manifest several people who suffer from this similar struggle. I’ve known for the past few [...]

Introducing Dr. You Regardless of a particular doctor’s specialty, the prestige of the school they graduated from, the years of experience they have or area of expertise, doctors can’t cure headaches, mend broken bones, or heal a wound. Only you can do that. If your healing ability isn’t impaired. Your inborn healing ability is responsible for [...]

Some people grin and bear it. Others smile and change it.                           ~Unknown Love, friendship, and smiles are like currency. If they are hoarded, no one gets the benefit of them; if they are kept in circulation, everyone benefits, and, again, like money they always accumulate something in transit.                                                                                                       ~Nellie Revell  Often times I’ll say “slackers [...]

As we move though life we are constantly making millions of decisions, automatically & unconsciously in order to filter out what is important for our conscious minds to experience. These decisions are made so quickly, most people are not aware that this process is actually happening.    As we encounter a stressful event, our nervous system [...]

Alright sometimes I don't know why I do what I do. Having admitted that I can now do whatever i would like to do. Seems rather simplistic which most of life is yet the temptation to inject trivialities and multi-tiered seductive complexities is the workings of a brilliant tool known as the mind.

But......this is not why I'm waxing in my blogosphere. Shiva's rumblings and ganesha's groundbreaking have led me into some new changes for my chiropractic practice. I will be working out of two d... read more

what a blissful and soulful weekend and a real treat to be human within. This life keeps getting fuller, more exotic, and palpable as I come to recognize the unlikely and extremely fortunate opportunity we have as humans. After seeing my friends perform expressive dance at the Holland Project I'm excited to dedivcate my efforts to this exploration. Words have always come naturally so its easy to play to this ability but I'm feeling the pul into the movement into metaphor domain and will call ... read more

I've known for some time that it's important to enjoy the evolution of my desire, to watch the worldly winds blow the flag of my thoughts around, and to approach this flux with grace and angst in whatever amounts is called for. Desire is a funny phenom and sure knows how to kick peace of mind around like a ragdoll, but it sure is invigorating to chase and own in temporary fulfilling moments. I notice that my desire increases whenever I'm looking outward for fulfillment. The guy in me that med... read more

about me
There's nothing more artistic than to love people- Van Gogh. Straight forward but not symmetrical, a fancy for the strange but a bedrock that holds a knowing river, not afraid to try something different as long as that difference is one that brings more joy or a revived outlook on things. I find peace in all things outdoors, exercising, food, dance, music.. all things hedonistic and space creating. I'm addicted to meaning, please help me find satisfaction on the meaningless. I have a way of speaking in tongues and receive many funny glances as a result. I like that children stare at what they find different. They have that piercing innocence that humbles even the coolest of trump carders. I risk my life playing games that bring out a more adventurous side of myself. I believe in gravity and still somehow resist it's adamant pressure. It always wins and sometimes makes heavy thoughts. But all that passes comes again somehow in this merry-go-round. The marbles I've lost have certainly been reborn in the wands of fairies and other hypnogoggic morphs. All things for a reason...even reason. I'm willing to show up for just about any turned on gathering where the heart centered freaks delight and revel on the whim of creation and allow that bigger sense of things to inform the moment. Move the body, move the mind, remind the mind of the body, and re-embody the feral mind. I can play games with my dog for days at a time...sometimes she's not even there. No really it's all about the stick and the ball, or the ball, or my favorite: the flatball, frisbee. I love the frisbee with my whole body. No joke, borderline manic over ultimate frisbee. Oh and good health is my career's vocation. Good health naturally, stokin your vehicle to stoke your ride mentality. You ain't gonna leave it so you might as well love it. Make me happy, love your body.
