I LOVE peas, especially fresh ones. I do substitute a fair amount of edamame these days, because they are easier to get than good peas. One of my favorite recipes is the curried peas and cauliflower from the cookbook Curries Without Worries. Yum!!...

Prepare for every possible weather (could snow, maybe be hot). Prepare to either be stinky, do a lot of sponge baths, swim in the icy lake oy pay $5 for a shower.
