Finding Beauty

I swear...Sometimes, the world that surrounds me can get filled with such ugliness! I guess it's alright...We've had such a good run. Finding such beauty in my own back yard was such wonderful gift and a very nice break! It helped me get square with things again. I cannot wait for my hubby to see what has happened! Like it was said on the Wizard of Oz...If I need to find my heart's desire...I never need look further than my own back yard!...Or something like that...

finding beauty..

Hi Evelyn,
its been forever to long since I wrote..
this pic caught my eye and I thought I should share little bit with you as well
While yes Idyllwild is a beautiful place to live.. brown and green wear on a person sometimes
Everything I have put in the ground since spring has either died or the critters have taken it..
but yesterday morning as I drove out the dirt drive way in a tiny flower bed I did not plant this year.. due to drought issues..
there are 4 little snap dragons beginning to bloom.. not sure how they got there
but I am definitely not complaining
the pink and red and yellow against the brown dirt and the gray of the tree bark were an awesome surprise..

It HAS been awhile! I hope that all is well with you! The earth sure has its own way of bringing things back around! I can't HELP but to learn!!!
