I just found out I was pregnant a week before this pic. was taken. I'm sitting before a beautiful piece of art displayed at the Summer meltdown festival. artist unknown. but, isn't it a beauty! to find the artist, search; Summer meltdown festival/ flowm

o.k. peeps. this one is strange!
I was kneeling down on a windowcill and a small piece of glass punctured my knee. the glass shard was stuck in there and I couldn't get it out. several days passed, the injury site started to grow and develop a lump. the lump developed a slit that started to look like an eyelid.

I was traveling on a greyhound bus from a city center trying to get home to my place in suburbia some 25 miles away or so. my friends were on the bus w/ me. the Bus get's to the desired stop & let's out my friends but wouldn't wait for me to gather up my Child,all my luggage ( two large suitcases , (one containing a full sized ironing board) and a diaper bag ) in time to get off the bus. so, I was stuck on the bus for several hours( about 8).A few hours into the ride, one of my friends boar...

I was watching my brother Colin riding in an underwater bike race down a wide river. This river was fairly swift & had a steep embankment on one side. the race was roped off over towards the embankment like a track. The bikes were just mountain bikes and each biker had a life vest on and a numbered red flag attatched for visibility. I'm a new mom as of 11-21-06 to a precoius baby girl, Kaya. She's the light of my life! Married since 1994, work part time as a hair stylist at an Aveda Salon, I love to listen and dance to music ( reggae, dub, rock, alternative, world, old school rock), go to live music performances ~ mainly outdoor festivals,lovin' up on my sweet Jack russle terrier~ DIva, I live for spring, summer & Fall and could really skip over the shitty winter months, Love to cook & eat exelent organic local foods, Yoga, Massage, meeting other new mom's of babies that are close to my age. walking on trails, gardening, homebrew, biking, wedding and special occasion hair styling & make-up artistry, Singing, drumming. family time, camping, Surfing.

Julianne has to be one of the most talented individuals I have ever met. Her artistic flair is prevelant in everything she does. I've seen makeovers and hair styles come out of that woman's mind and manefested on people including my wife, daughter, and in-laws. These people show new confidence, light, and life from what Jule's has done with them. If I had hair I wouldn't trust it with anyone but her.
So...there's that. Then there's how funny she is. Her sense of humor can be summed up in two simple words...HA and HA. I respect how her and Joe live, their passion for the arts, and the fun that seems to seep out of every crack they touch in life.
So... there it is. I am proud to be friends with them and look forward to my family spending the rest of our lives in deep connection with these folks.

Julianne is awesome! She can sing, she can cut hair (Make you look like "money"!)and she's the life of a party. Why, I remember the time... uh, can't tell you that one. Well, if you ain't friends with her, you're missin' out, homes!
