Has had works displayed in 9 art and photo exhibitions to date, all in New York and Paris. Was photographed and video taped by photographer Marcus Leatherdale in 1980 during the production of a play called " Suspect on black coal", the whereabouts of this footage is unknown. While on a cruise to the Bahamas from New York, and using the name Tom Storm, he was selected as the murder suspect for the on-board murder mystery. Has a huge toy collection which is worth a great deal of money. In 2006 while filming "The dead life" in Massachusetts, Warhol superstar and Director Ivy Nicholson brought Miestorm to tears while yelling at him for not looking into the camera enough. The night before she yelled at him several times for the same reason and would not let the actors sleep until miestorm gave her the scene she wanted. Miestorm has said that working with Ivy Nicholson was a great achievement in his career, and they still remain good friends. In 1982, while living in Brazil, Miestorm was photographed for Andy Warhols Brazilian Interview magazine, but it was decided later that he wasn't famous enough even thou they knew he was Lenny 54 from the infamous Studio 54 in New York City, the photos were never published. Was arrested in 2003 along with 12 women and 1 other male at a party and charged with promoting prostitution as a pimp. After refusing to cooperate with Police and turn over names of alleged clients involved with the Mafia, drug lords, underground porn producers and others involved with the sex business, he was given a first arrest felony conviction which was then dropped to 5 years probation. Has a dog named Fuzzy Bat and a dog named Feeweebe, both are part Yorkshire terrier and rare chocolate Chilhuahua, are sisters from the same parents and Fuzzy Bat is 1 year older. Shaved his head in 2003 to star as a thug in a friends Independent film called "Today you live, tomorrow you die", which was never made, at the time, his hair was dyed dark and down to his waist. Drinks a gallon of spring water and 2 to 3 bottles of Perrier with lime everyday. Eats assorted berries everyday. While working at the infamous Studio 54 in the late 7os, which then led to his porn star career in the early 80s, Miestorm came close to death at least five times from drug over-doses. According to head of security at Studio 54, Chuck Garelick told Miestorm at a recent anniversary shoot for New York magazine for their May, 2007 issue, that he and Sal, another member of the elite security team at Studio, found Miestorm, known as Lenny 54 at the time, laying unconscious on the locker room floor of the basement where many believed vampires slept in coffins, on two different occasions. Unresponsive, they filled his underwear with ice and walked him around the basement until he came to, when told this, Miestorm began laughing hysterically, then thanked Chuck for saving his life and for being the head of the best security team in club history. As a young child, got a fever that caused hallucination's and almost killed him. His mom, actress Lucia Mia Alfano had 5 miscarriages due to her husbands physical abuse.
