I will be taking a 7- day foundation workshop on pet massage and hope to eventually make a career change. I can't wait to see what they say about massage, the training, the course work etc. I hope it's as fulfilling as I anticipate it to be. Of course, I'll need practice dogs and/or cats..... 
It's time for a change. My day job has all the markings of BIG changes ahead. With the bosses contract not being renewed and leaving by years end or sooner, there's always the chance there won't be any jobs for those who remain. With that in mind, and being in this position before, it's time for me to take charge and make a change.

Since my mothers stroke in 1999 and subsequent brain damage, my brothers and I have not aged in her mind. She still thinks we are the ages we were when she had her stroke. She thinks I'm 32. My first surgery ever was having a lipoma removed on my back....a big 'ol hunk of fat.....Now I get to get scoped! Hurrah Hurrah! Been having bouts of severe pain in my chest/stomach area much like swallowing a too-big-bite of a sandwich and it having difficulty going down the ol' tube. Ouch.
