Excuse the rambling and typos. I'm writing this after a couple glasses of wine to dull the stress.

My landlady from hell has given me a 30 day notice to vacate. She claims it's due to too many plants and flees. Well, there are no fleas, just mites from the pigeons and too many plants, well, the tentant downstairs has been watering her sod in front heavily to keep it alive, as she hired substandard workers to install it (ontop of concrete and not soil). Well, I have agreed to take on a new job. It is still local and it pays more. Not a whole lot, but it's a matter of principle now, in regards to my current job.
