I would agree that, yes, our own body temperature does give rise to the language we use to convey our external experiences/perceptions. If you say "She's cool", then you are describing something more at a distance.

So are you suggesting that the temperature of the body are indications of the extensions? So, for instance, if an area of the body heats up, then it is calling for an extension (i.e. a faster way of doing something)?
