I am a Canadian, living in the USA. I am married, about 10 years now, to Cuneyt (pronounced June 8, like the date) I have a dog and a really cute cat ( okay, she has one eye, but from one side... really cute!) I belly dance and I am a member of the Magic Hips troupe. I also own my own business www.thebellydanceshop.com which I started it about 5 years ago. Before coming to NC, I lived in Istanbul, Turkey, where I taught English as second language to young learners.

Yeah! I just told by a friend and customer that I got a nomination in two categories for Zaghareet's Golden Belly Awards!!! One for The Belly Dance Shop as "Favorite Vendor" and as a member of Magic Hips for "Favorite Troupe"!
