It's perfectly acceptable for you to pick and choose whom you listen to -- not everyone deserves to be taken seriously, as you well know. Some people are too easy on you, and don't give you enough truth to help you grow. And then others are far too critical, holding you to such a high standard that you can never feel empowered to attain it. From here on out, you should listen only to people who offer you both honesty and acceptance.

I watched the mother of a NH la cross player calmly and collected explain that her sons death was un-expected as she recounted the details leading up to him collapsing in his room. Her final words were for every parent to just keep telling their children how much they were loved. This is where she found her comfort. Her son went to the next life knowing he was loved, and she lives on with no regrets.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art. The premise is that there are channels, (think of them as energy veins) that run through all of matter. The HOUSE of HOPE is a Merrimack Valley Homeless Shelter. There have been several winter and spring fires that have added to the homeless population in our area.
