HOOP. Carving infinitesimal shapes, shifting consciousness, vortices, flowers. A wellspring of inspiration and empowerment. It awakens me, aligns my charkas, massages my physical, mental and spiritual self.

...Out there looking up spiraling vortexes of energy – disrupting the matrix, sending out my vibrations, my love, my thoughts...joy did replace anxiety. I felt as if the last little piece of shell that has been cacooning my metamorphosis fall away into the magic of that place and I was made new. I died, but not in the terminal sense. And in the end, the only thought I had left was for you...

"Kaivalya" is a Sanskrit word for isolation and freedom from conditioned existence. When we step into our hoop, we step out of the mundane and into a sacred space of spirit-energy. It is not an isolation from the world but rather a connection to the universal, the bliss-body - sat-chit-ananda.
