about me
I am outgoing, silly, and seem to have a reputation for raising hell. I'm a queer identified bisexual, although I do not subscribe to a bianary gender system. I am interested in social movements, peace, spirituality, radical sexuality and fighting for justice. Currently my life consists of a delightful regiment of my work, community work, surfing, yoga, my spiritual practice, and play. It's lovely--I'm extraordinarily grateful for the ocean and my community.

Trying to convince the Human Rights campaign to stand up for Transgender and Gender Queer rights! The Human Rights Campaign (HRC = the nations biggest Lesbian and Gay lobbying group) recently dropped their support of the Gender Queer community. A new version of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act is at bat in congress, and until recently the HRC ple... read more

And so I sweat in gratitude for... read more

Robert, I fully support the HRC SF Gala boycott. We must speak loud and clear that we will not back track from anything less then total inclusion of our entire wonderful LBTGQ community. As my uncle taught me from any early age, “each and every individual member of our diverse community represents the medicine that the world needs... read more

I had the sweet opportunity to celebrate this years summer solstice with some amazingly beautiful reclaiming witches out at Ocean Beach. We cast a glorious circle and as I entered the ocean to cleanse deep in sacred space I felt myself open up to her waters in a new way. Her breath cast it's glorious waves on my body as I shivered beneath the emerging stars in the sky. My body was cold but I was energized with her song sweetly singing to me. I am so grateful for the o... read more
You know I've never cared about marriage--in fact I'm kind of opposed to the institution but I gotta say that this week has been inspiring. I went down to City Hall on Tuesday to support an airport worker who's been targeted for being gay (kinda ironic) and it was the first day that couples were getting married...man it was beautiful. I walked out of the hearing hall and we were all talking about next steps and along came this beautiful family--a lesbian couple and their three kids. I coul...
