I'd have to get a lot better to feel like shit
Mon, February 18, 2008 - 3:40 PMMy wonderful wife did all I would let her to help me. She kept me watered down and filled with juice and food when I could keep it down. Of course, I wouldn't let her do much because she had just sprained her wrist ealier last week.
Now, I'm back teaching at night this week. I should be in bed. I'm still running a fever - low thanks to much drugs - and have no energy at all that doesn't come from an overdose of coffee. But, if I don't show up, the place I work is likely to fire me. They don't seem to care for such things interfering with their business. Rule #1: The Class Goes!
I gotta find a real job again......

Got it up here in W NY too.
Pretty crappy when you can't even click correctly with the damn mouse because you've got the chills so bad. Go home crawl into bed and toss & trun and sweat so much you trash the bedsheets. I'm hoping it will be over soon?
Feel better brother! |

Thank you all
I do feel better this morning. I basically died when I got home from class last night. What I have left is conjestion that will not quit and a lot of sore muscles. If I can quit the coughing fits every few minutes I'll be much better. Your good wishes really do make me feel better. I am grateful to have you guys as friends.

Plague Hits Milwaukee, Too
It's going around here as well. I hear it takes a lot of time to bounce back, so just keep taking it easy. But, a real job? No, no! Please don't do anything rash. Gotta keep it fun.
