I've just experienced the shift to my 30's and I must admit that I love it. I'm a lot more grounded in myself and don't feel the need to participate in scenes that essentially perpetuate self-destructive cycles. I'm all about positivity and being healthy from the inside out.

The following are the experiences that actively inform who I am from day to day: raised Christian but abandoned it for a more flexible Buddhist based spirituality; born and raised near Toronto but besides LA have lived in Philly, Vienna and Taipei; I had one long term relationship (3 years) and a one year relationship and those were four years ago; I'm a musician, an artist and take care of my body and mind mainly through a living foods diet.
