about me
I'm a short, pale grrrl with piercing eyes, big shoes and lots of attitude. I love to laugh. Make me laugh and I'm yours. ;) I adore art in all forms. I like to belly dance, Tango and dance at little gothie clubs. I love movies, plays and musicals. I perform in the House of Dolls at Neighbors on Capital Hill on Tuesdays and run the belly dance section on the second Tuesday of every month. (Please contact me if you would like to perform.) I dance in the annual Fremont Summer Solstice Parade with Delilah, my instructor and belly dance mentor. I was rencetly a belly dancing priestess in the Temple of Love in the musical "The Rite of Venus". I'm really into RHPS and perform once a month as Magenta with the VTC in West Seattle. I also like to spend quiet time at home reading, writing (bad) poetry, drawing, painting, taking pictures, crafting or watching movies. Tonight I'm performing at Cafe Amore with Salon Emeraude. The last Harem of Dolls show went really well. We had lots of lovely dancers and a local band was scouting for a belly dancer and asked a couple of us to audition! How cool is that?!
The Champagne is free, the food is divine, and the show amazing!

A successful night, finally, at Harem of Dolls. There were six lovely dancers and three of them were new to the Neighbors stage.
This weekend it's more performances. I'm so glad that cold has finally hit the dust.
I started taking hot yoga classes. Yay for flexibility!

With the drastic weather change from "I love not wearing a jacket" to "Where is my sweater and coat?!" I have come down with a head cold and people at work are getting worse and worse. Keep your cough away from me!!!
