Afro:Baile Records is the new age global sound of world beat. Like generations of world music makers before us, Afro:Baile Records has set out to establish our selves as a true-entity of the global movement through music, performance, art and culture for the future. Based in the heart of Arizona, where cultural music is on the up rise, Afro:Baile Records is the first official world beat music label of its kind in the state.

Our roster is set to include some of the most talented musicians, djs, and bands bringing you the sounds of African, Latin, Cuban, Brazilian, South American, Reggae, World Jazz, & Afro-Beat music. We want to build our label by promoting, producing and distributing exceptional & independent talent from around the world by looking to the future of the international sound from upcoming and legendary musicians.

The name "Afro:Baile" (afro = african inspired music, baile = dance) comes from the already smash monthly event (Afro:Baile - sharing the same name) winning the 2006 Best of Phoenix Award - "Best New World Music Night". While showcasing local and national talent each month, it only made since to open the doors as a record label and promote new talent worldwide by releasing music on CD, Vinyl, Video and Download.

2008 promises to be a great year of globetrotting music we are ready to unleash to the world. Stay tuned for updates, and release schedules.
