about me
I experienced recovery from morbid obesity through a raw food lifestyle. I have been eating raw for nearly 5 years now and have lost around 160lbs (approx. 11 stone) in that time. My life has been completely transformed on every level and I now devote my life to spreading this message of hope for natural and healthy weight loss for others living with overweight, obesity and overeating issues. My website, www.rawreform.com has been providing raw guidance for others for over 3 years and my e-books, lectures and retreats also help thousands of people on this path to reclaim their health. In 2006 I completed lecture tours in the USA and loved it. I am originally from England, but have spent most of the last decade elsewhere - Scotland, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Iceland, Italy, Norway, Thailand... Most of the time I am living in a magical space of feeling so blessed and blissed on my path - life is AMAZING and I am full of gratitude :)
