Raven is an enchantress, it is true. She is colorful, kind, beautiful, and full of life. She has held my hand through tough talks, shared some incredible moments with me, and seems to connect me on almost a psychic level at times. Its spooky! But I love her. there are no words to describe how wonderful raven is. she's the kind of friend who would give the shirt off her back for you. she's beautiful, intelligent, creative, silly and a total blast to hang with. i feel very fortunate to have this lady as one of my dearest and closest friends. on a rotten day, she's my medicine for happiness. you've brought a lot of joy to me, girl! smooch!

I want to say one thing about Miss Raven. Sizzle! This girl is so hot that you can see the steam rising from her. Out of all of the people that I have met during my fun in Portland, this girl is the most beautiful soul that I have met. She feel's with her heart and her beauty shines like a star. This girl can shake her groove thang very nicely too! She will wear you out with her energy, but what fun you will have in the process! If you don't know how to have a good time, go see Jenn.....she is the Goddess of Fun! Another jewel in my private collection of rare finds!

Finally...our first true snow day of the season. Hurray! I love snow. I grew up in Central Washington, so got lots of snow every year. It never truly seems like the holiday season here to me when there's not a beautiful blanket of white powder cover everything outside. Everything looks so peaceful and clean. Seeing it now gives me a sense of childlike joy I went out to play in the snow with my friends' 2 year old daughter this morning and it was so much fun to see her laugh and play in...

Now that I've crossed over the Threshold into a new year, I invite what it has to bring. I ask the universe fill me with love as I seek new adventures for my heart and soul. Each day I will appreciate all the gifts that life has given me. I face each of the challenges that lie before me with renewed belief in own strength and with the support of my beautiful community of friends. Happy New Year everybody!
Tonight the man goes down on the playa and I'm feeling really sad that I'm not there to see it. Some of my best friends are out there, so I'm with them in spirit. It's been weird not going this year. I'm trying to just get through each day with the knowledge that the universe has another plan is in place for me. I just don't like it very much right now. I'll feel better when my friends return to share their stories of all the adventures they had.

Sadly, I won't be making it out to the playa this year. THerefore, Erinpalooza was my big event of the summer and what a superb time it was! Picture basking in a pool with 20 other half naked beautiful people while being served mimosas from a man in a white tux (who is in the pool as well), an endless supply of bacon, and cheesy eggs. And that was Sunday morning's recovery! Thanks Erin for having a palooza all about your birthday. I had a fabulous time! Now I'm getting ready for PDF. Ya...
