November 1, 2007: 10 minutes 10 seconds, (5:12pm) - In my backyard, Calgary

Clear skies! 6oC. Brisk NW wind. It’s so exciting to see a perfectly clear sky, knowing as my time increases that I can settle into the full gaze. In the peace of the backyard with the neighbour’s Canadian flag flowing above, I could smell a fire in the air.

At a point approximately at the 7 minute mark, I noticed my eyes starting to squint more that usual. The Light then became intense as I have experience on occasion. I take these moments as an opportunity to understand how I can more fully take in the Light. It’s at these moments that I usually get a message and today I received another one that completely took my eye strain away and allowed my eyes to fully open again. I asked, more so instructed all of the cells in my body to openly receive the Light. I immediately felt an intake of energy, an accepting that some kind of connection had been made. And then, central nervous system, receive the Light. DNA, receive the Light. Pituitary, receive the Light. Pineal, receive the Light. Just at this point of seemingly intense download, the timer rang.

Something shifted. I felt a response from what seemed was an overload to an absorbtion. I look forward to again implementing this.
