A third generation Northern Nevada Native, Esther Triggs was born and raised in the Truckee Meadows. She Graduated from Sparks High School with honors in 2000, then went on to seek a degree in Communications/Marketing and Public Relations from Dominican University of California in the beautiful city San Rafael. Esther began taking pictures at the age of three, her favorite subjects as a child included Virginia City, Olinghouse, Pyramid Lake and the horses at her grandfathers ranch. Her career as a professional photographer began in San Rafael where she learned the fine art of black and white photography. After returning to Reno, she worked for a local art gallery/magazine as a writer and staff photographer. Mom, writer, photogragher, artist and Sparkplug, Esther avoids the middle of the road. The ride is smoother there but you run into much more interesting people bouncing along on the shoulder.
