Over the past couple years I have due to illness and back injury spent much of my time in a wheel chair or walking with aid of walker or cane...finally I'm able after much work and hope to move on my own again and am even dancing when the spirit moves and the body allows! October 21st at 2pm in a wooded park with just a few family and friends Brian and I exchanged vows and rings. It was a wonderful present moment event celebrating communication, growth, support and beauty...Yay! And yes, I belly danced down the aisle to Brian!

On July 25th please take a moment to pray or chant or whatever you do when you sending good vibes someones way.

That morning my father will have a kidney removed due to cancer. He has other health issues that make this surgery a risky one. My mom, who rarely asks for such things, has asked that I call on all the healing energy possible and ask others to send healing thoughts to my dad.
