about me
I like to be outside. It took me awhile to get used to working in an office 40 hours a week. However, I've grown to like my job. I get to work with a bunch of Engineers and Planners and they are a bunch of easy going folks. I'm currently trying to wrap my brain around grant writing and researching how I can help connect small communities with state and federal money to help pay for much needed infrastructure improvements. If anyone has any pointers let me know!! My real passion is protecting the environment on the policy level. I used to work at a place called MEIC in Helena lobbying and planning events like Solar Home Tours. Overall though, it is most important to have enough free time in the week to spend with my friends and family and my puppy dog Judah.

PB Update.
He had his operation last Friday which involved surgery to repair the meniscus and they thought the MCL as well but once they got in there they discovered it wasn't torn but rather just badly pulled. Not sure if that's good thing or no... read more discussion post on Wed, June 25, 2008 - 3:08 PM
