Julia's Empanadas ( local favorites » restaurants ) "Great for lunch" I work in NOVA and how I wish they would open a Julia's here. Each day there is a new vegetarian option. I recommend trying 2 different empanadas for lunch. The Turkey one is fabulous. And the rice pudding is also excellent!
