It seems that no matter how much you may like Obama, the Insurance lobby in Washington is writing the proposed healthcare reform, and they're cashing in bigtime. Mandatory healthcare guarantees the insurance companies thousands of new compulsory customers, so if there is no public option to compete with or regulation to prevent the same BS we're already putting up with, the only ones who are going to come out ahead are wealthy insurance CEOs.
