<div>So this week me and a friend who is in the same weight watchers class and has studied ATS performed a quick improve for our class to show that activity (more commonly refered to as exercise) can be something fun. We didn't have any music so we just had the class clap and keep time for us. It was probably no more than 30 seconds and we kept it prety basic but it was fun to showcase our art in a little bit of a differnt venue. It really showed me how versitle ATS can be. Thanks to my great teacher for helping me learn the skills to make this possible. It went really well and we got a lot of positive feedback. I just wanted to share.

Love to ALL ! </div>
