about me
I live my life fully. I am an extroverted, fun-loving, roller-coaster riding woman. I love to be engaged in my life fully. I love structure and rules. I love to understand systems and then figure out ways to break the rules. I am a boss to many and love attempting to surrender.
I long for deep connection. That can happen over a soy latte, a heated discussion involving psychological understanding, on the dance floor, in the bedroom, or at the dungeon.
Presence is a requirement for me to remain interested. I often tell my partners, my deal breaker is, don't go to sleep in your life. I am turned on by people who live their passion and manifest their dreams.

So, just a little tidbit of my day in SF.
In between clients, I jump on Muni to take
me downtown to go to my first electrolysis
appointment.
Recently, I decided to shave my pubes after begging
my partner to practice his rope bondage on me. I decided
that if I am to be suspended in public, I my want my pubic
to be well maintained.
So, I arrive for my schedule 1 hour session.
The man greets me asking if I ride a bike.
He does, a Harley.

This intentionally secular gathering will feature playful and creative activities to energize your body and rejuvenate your spirit. Find community, companionship and support beyond the harsh judgments and expectations of family and religious institutions.
Workshop runs Wednesday 12/24 4pm- 12/26 4pm.
Cost $275, includes workshops,
access to Harbin facilities/events,
meals and indoor or outdoor camping.
Syntha Lorenz, MA, MFT, REAT
is a licensed Marriage Family Therapist and Registered Expressive Arts Therapist. She has a full time private practice in San Francisco. She is the Program Director at the Marina Counseling Center and Executive Co-Chair for International Expressive Arts Therapy Association. She is Practicum Site Coordinator and Adjunct Faculty in the Expressive Arts Department at California Institute of Integral Studies. She facilitates groups, an EXA Supervision Group for MFT Trainees, an EXA women's group, and an EXA Group for children 6-12 who have been exposed to domestic violence. Visual Arts, Somatic Awareness, Sandplay, Authentic Movement and Dreamwork are some of the ways she integrates the arts into her practice. She is a graduate of CIIS, with an MA in Expressive Arts Therapy. She describes her theoretical orientation as a blend of Jungian, Feminist, and Object Relations to understand the psyche.
Russell Reza-'Khaliq Gonzaga
ELYSEUM Founder and Facilitator, Cultural worker, arts educator, activist, writer and spoken word artist, Russell has represented San Francisco three times at the National Poetry Slam Championships. He has also received San Francisco's Certificate of Honor and the Mayor's Proclamation of "Russell Gonzaga Day" awarded by then Poet Laureate Janice Mirikitani at the San Francisco Arts Commission. He graduated from San Francisco Art Institute and is an avid martial artist and massage therapist.
