Dad is becoming very skilled at artistic ARC-welding. He's been welding all kinds of metallic projects like crazy, and his airbrushing skills are ever-improving. We've been talking about making a sculpture or two together to bring to the playa. He can't make it out there, but I think people would love his art. He's done some very cool metallic-DNA Sculptures out of recycled metal. Maybe something like that and put up a board and get people to write on it....take the board home to him.

It's gonna happen. I'm going to the West Coast twice in the same summer. I'm Flying out to Portland July 12th to visit my good friend Joe to work on some music. Hopefully get at least a few good tracks cut in his studio before I have to return back to Cincy. My goal is to spend as little time as possible in the lab. I have secured a rental car to the playa. I've posted a ride-share and now everybody in the history of the universe wants to ride in it for free. I was hoping maybe somebody would be kind enough to maybe throw in a few bucks since renting a full-size car for a week ain't free. (The rental car is actually way more expensive than to fly from Cincy to Reno round trip). I'm not asking for much, but maybe a few bucks here and there would be cool.
