Heart mantras are powerful. Powerful since it is easy to penetrate the joy essence that is Source. This is what a Siddhar mantra is. The Siddhars journey beyond enlightenment. Enjoy the ancient joys! Va Va Va Va Yen Guru Natha is an ancient heart mantra of the Siddhar yogis . As a primal call to invoke the higher wisdom within, call for the ancient presence within that has been waiting to be invoked! The mantra means- "Awaken in me as the Guru. Come to me as h... read more

The new that unfolds on a universal level as a sacred gift is this New Age. The New Age of higher consciousness that is h... read more

Gratitude for our shared breath. While watching the American elections, it was difficult to not express the views of the Sages of East. Namaste! Humanity's ignorance is in not knowing the meaning of namaste. Namaste means waking up to recognize each other as divine beings and recognizing oneness of it all. Violence did not work when Mahatma Gandhi challenged an armed British empire to enable India's freedom triumph through the supreme energies of peace. This fr... read more These insights applied in our daily yoga practice enables the benefit of wellbeing, alignment with Source and an empowered mind. 1. As we do the Sun Salutation (click here to download a picture, if you wish to start your yoga practice today), bring our awareness to the right, the sun energy of breath. Likewise, bring our awareness to the left breath, the moon energy. Nandhi: the ones who brought great changes to humanity as leaders also have been noted to have had a phenomenal sexual drive. in the theories of 'pranic healing', the largeness of the muladhara fire is said to be the extent the person is capable of manifesting. history has shown that the most atrocious and brutal tyrants when woken up spiritually did change the course of humanity- like emperor constantine, emperor... read more Ayya, an enlightened yogi from South India has been meditating in a cave on the mountain Arunachala, regarded by Hindus as one of the most sacred and revered sites. He has been meditating for 18 years, without moving and drinking just a glass of milk a day. Nandhi, I am amased at how uncondional energy, love, and inspiration you give on the tribe. So much that I ignored your blogs for a long time. It has made me confront my own lethargy and conditional way of giving- which I've only faced recently.
So, in order to embrace your sharings, I must be in an open state of consciousness, an open heart, or at least the willingness. So, tribe family- receive the Divine blessings and high vibrations that come through Nandhi and your screen- may I not take for granted the grace of what you offer. I know that no matter what anyone says, you will continue to spread this love and joy- a sign of mastery.. God bless... June 20, 2006
