Thinly sliced ginger
cumin seeds
fennel seeds
anise seeds
coriander seeds

Simmer for awhile, long enough to diffuse into your environment (if you're in an enclosed space).
Inhale. Strain.
Meditate on whatever makes you happy for a minute
Drink up, or sip it up rather
