Vinyasa Hath YOGA and LIVE(improv) MUSIC. BOTH have changed my life SO MUCH. I can NOT express this enough in words. it is something that needs to be experienced. There are SO many misconceptions people have about yoga and i LOVE to show them what it is really about! Live music will cure ANYTHING that ails ya. It's good healing. Get lost in yourself...and find yourself in the meantime. I love to travel! Touring with phish, i got to see a LOT of america, but alas..they are gone :( In general I'm all about seeing live music, downloading live music, anything to do with live music...I'm a freek like that :) I also enjoy going to the beach, or hiking in the mountains.. admiring and photographing the natural beautiful wildlife around such as the ocean...birds, wild horses..crazy rock formations..snowcapped mountains...etc I definatly love to party, although I think I'm starting to get a little to old to keep up with you youngins ;) last couple phish tours have been rough but meeting and partying with NEW fun people you would have never met anywhere else and ONLY seeing them on tour, dancing your ass off every night..it's an experience! I will miss it. When im not out partying..you can find me SLEEPING!!!! mm..sleep. or reading..or cooking, but i REALLY love to HULA HOOP!!
