Has Baxter Released A BioWeapon In Ukraine?

Evidence appears to suggest that Baxter International may be responsible for a new deadly outbreak of viral pneumonia in Ukraine.

In February of 2009, Bloomberg reported that Baxter “accidentally” sent vaccine material containing both live Avian bird flu and seasonal influenza to multiple laboratories worldwide. A laboratory decided to test the vaccine on its ferrets and the ferrets all unexpectedly died.

It must be noted that Baxter has made a “mistake” like this before. Blood products produced by Baxter once containd HIV. Thousands of haemophiliacs died due to this, and many went on to infect their spouses.

Later in the year, a bizarre story emerged on the internet. The news was full of reports on a man named Joseph Moshe who was arrested after a hours long standoff with the police because he had supposedly made threats against the White House. The man was able to withstand multiple rounds of tear gas…which left L.A. police officers amazed.

However, the internet community was very skeptical of the true reasons behind the man’s arrest. Comments on the Huffington Post website immediately began pouring in about an unreported side to this story, namely that Joseph Moshe was a Mossad Agent who specialized in biological warfare and who called into a radio show to warn people about a biological weapn that was being made by Baxter international that would be spread through vaccine and would cause a plague upon its release.

Although anyone can make a doomsday claim and we should never believe anyone (and it must be said that the Truth movement handled this well, the message was spread without being proclaimed as gospel) the amazing part about Moshe’s claim was the location where Moshe said the biological weapon was being produced.

Moshe claimed that Baxter’s laboratory in the Ukraine out of all places was creating this biological weapon. All of this came out in the beginning of August, which is more than 2 months before the situation that is currently unfolding. For Moshe to correctly name the country where a new epidemic would be unleashed, requires either inside information, or an incredible coincidence as anyone with a basic knowledge of statistics can confirm for himself.

Let us assume for a moment that every person on our planet has an equal chance of giving rise to a new lethal epidemic due to a virus that mutates as it spreads through his body.

Ukraine has 46 million inhabitants. (www.census.gov/ipc/www/po...world.html) The current estimated global population is about 6.7 billion. This means that if a new epidemic were to arise, the chance of this epidemic starting in the Ukraine would be 0.69%. This makes the odds of being right when guessing that a deadly flu is going to break out in the Ukraine even smaller. This case of what appears to be a brave man who sacrificed it all to bring us this message may explain why so many microbiologists have been murdered. The fact that this man managed to predict an outbreak of highly lethal influenza in a place where we would least expect it, 2 months before it a actually occured, lends credence to his claim that Baxter International is responsible for the outbreak and shows that top microbiologists can pose a problem to the people responsible for this ongoing disaster.

Five persons have died from the flue in Lviv, four men and one woman, says emergency hospital chief doctor Myron Borysevych.

Two of the dead patients were in the 22-35 age group, with 2 others over 60. He diagnosed the disease as viral pneumonia.

Viral tests can last from one to two weeks. They are complicated and not done in Lviv. The course of the disease was very quick. The symptoms included very high temperature and short-wind cough.

All the six dead young people had symptoms of severe hemmorhagic pneumonia. The disease starts slowly, with temperature rising to 37.2 ­ 37.3 degrees, slight cough and pain in joints. Nasal catarrh developed at the end of the second or third day. Autopsy revealed that the lungs were soaked with blood, the oblast chief specialist said.

Following World War II something happened that was to have tremendous significance for the future of all mankind. The intellectuals took note of this happening and brought it to the attention of the world power elite The elite were severely shaken by the predicted repercussions of this event. They were told that by or shortly after the year 2000 the total collapse of civilization as we know it and the possible extinction of the human race could occur. They were told that the only things that could stop these predicted events would be severe cutbacks of the human population, the cessation or retardation of technological and economic growth, the elimination of meat in the human diet, strict control of future human reproduction, a total commitment to preserving the environment, colonization of space, and a paradigm shift in the evolutionary consciousness of man.


Those in power immediately formed an alliance and set about bringing the recommended changes to fruition through propaganda, mind control and other manipulations of the masses. The Illuminati’s prayers had been answered.


What was this event that caused so much consternation and changed forever the future of the world? Millions of soldiers returned from war. The soldiers found lonely, eager women waiting for them. The greatest coupling in the history of the human race occurred. The result was everyone born between 1941 and 1955 and the children that they would eventually produce. It was me and you and everyone who lives today. It was the great worldwide BABY BOOM. It was the culmination of all man’s efforts to survive through history. It was modern medicine, better diets, heat in winter, pure running water, and proper disposal of sewage. It was the point in history when the birth rate so exceeded the death rate that the world’s population doubled between 1957 and 1990. It was the most wonderful time in the history of the world, but it was also the worst. It signaled the end of man’s most precious achievement. An alliance of all of the powers on earth, open and hidden, decided that individual freedoms could no longer be tolerated in the interest of the preservation of the human race. They believed the common man could not be trusted. What had been the unfulfilled dream of many individual groups became reality by the concentration of power in the alliance known as the Bilderberg Group. What had been impossible before was now promised The New World Order that so many had envisioned was now a certainty. The first study was made during World War II to determine the impact of the returning soldiers upon the economy. The results mobilized the ruling elite. A second secret study was conducted in 1957 by scientists meeting in Huntsville, Alabama. It confirmed the results of the first. The conclusion was that civilization as we know it would collapse shortly after the year 2000 unless the population was seriously curtailed. The study expressed a concern that since atomic weapons existed they would ultimately be used. Total worldwide disarmament was urged. Congress adopted the disarmament plan and created the U.S. Disarmament Agency, President Dwight David Eisenhower had this to say in 1957: “As a result of lowered infant mortality, longer lives, and the accelerating conquest of famine there is under way a population explosion so incredibly great that in little more than another generation the population of the world is expected to double.”


A third study was made by the Club of Rome ending in 1968 to determine the limits to growth. The result was the same. The Club of Rome was commissioned to develop a computer model of the world so as to predict the outcome of corrections made to social and economic structures by the elect. The Club of Rome was also asked to develop a computer model of a New World Order. Both tasks were accomplished. Studies were done to determine a method to arrest the population explosion before the point of no return would be reached. It was determined that an immediate attack on the problem would involve two points of intervention. The first was to lower the birth rate and the second was to increase the death rate. To lower the birth rate several programs were put into motion. The first was the development of positive birth-control methods using mechanical (diaphragm and condom), chemical (foam and birth-control pills), and medical (sterilization, abortion, and hysterectomy) procedures. These were developed and implemented. The Women’s Liberation movement was started with the demand for free abortions, using “pro choice” as its rallying cry. Homosexuality was encouraged and Gay Liberation was born. Homosexuals do not have children. Zero population growth became a hot subject at cocktail parties. Individual freedom, “the heat of the moment,” religion, and the old blue laws sabotaged these efforts, and while zero population growth became a reality in some areas, population increased rapidly in others. The only alternative left to the world’s ruling elite was to increase the death rate. This was a difficult thing to do, as no one wanted to pick people out of a crowd and line them up for execution. Neither did they relish the possible consequences of an enraged public upon discovering that they were being systematically murdered. Of course, a very short but very deadly global war using nuclear weapons upon select population concentrations was contemplated and, to tell you the truth, was not ruled out. The fact that such a population control was even contemplated confirmed the worst fears of those who had participated in the 1957 study. War was put on the back burner to simmer, but may become a reality. In the meantime something else had to be done that would absolve the decision makers of guilt and place the blame on those who did not lead clean lives. Something that could be blamed upon Mother Nature. What was needed was the bubonic plague or some other horrible but natural disease. The answer came from Rome. Several Top Secret recommendations were made by Dr. Aurelio Peccei of the Club of Rome. He advocated that a plague be introduced that would have same effect as the famous Black Death of history. The chief recommendation was to develop a microbe which would attack the autoimmune system and thus render the development of a vaccine impossible. The orders were given to develop the microbe and to develop a prophylactic and a cure. The microbe would be used against the general population and would be introduced by vaccine. The prophylactic was to be used by the ruling elite. The cure will be administered to the survivors when it is decided that enough people have died. The cure will be announced as newly developed when in fact it has existed from the beginning. This plan is a part of Global 2000. The prophylactic and the cure are suppressed. “Man has skyrocketed from a defensive position, largely subordinated to Nature’s alternatives, to a new and dominant one. From it he not only can and does influence everything in the world but, voluntarily or unwittingly, can and indeed does determine the alternatives of his own future — and ultimately must choose his options for it. In other words, his novel power condition practically compels him to take up new regulatory functions that willy-nilly he has had to discharge with respect to the world’s mixed natural-human systems. Having penetrated a number of the erstwhile mysteries and being able to sway events massively, he is now vested with unprecedented, tremendous responsibilities and thrown into the new role of moderator of life on the planet — including his own.” The above words were written by Dr. Aurelio Peccei and are taken verbatim from page 607 of The Global 2000 Report to the President. Funding was obtained from the U.S. Congress under H.B. 15090 (1969), where $10 million was given to the DOD’s 1970 budget. Testimony before the Senate Committee revealed that they intended to produce “a synthetic biological agent, an agent that does not naturally exist and for which no natural immunity could have been acquired. Within the next 5 to 10 years it would probably be possible to make a new infective microorganism which could differ in certain important aspects from any known disease-causing organisms. Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious disease.” Sir Julian Huxley said, “Overpopulation is, in my opinion, the most serious threat to the whole future of our species.” The project, called MK-NAOMI, was carried out at Fort Detrick, Maryland. Since large populations were to be decimated, the ruling elite decided to target the “undesirable” elements of society. Specifically targeted were the black, Hispanic, and homosexual populations. The poor homosexuals were encouraged on the one hand and scheduled for extinction on the other.


The African continent was infected [with HIV] via smallpox vaccine in 1977. The vaccine was administered by the World Health Organization. According to Dr. Robert Strecker, “Without a cure the entire black population of Africa will be dead within 15 years. Some countries are well beyond epidemic status.”


The U.S. population was infected [with HIV] in 1978 with the hepatitis B vaccine. Dr. Wolf Szmuness, the ex-roommate of Pope John Paul II, was the mastermind behind the November/78 to October/79 and March/80 to October/81 experimental hepatitis B vaccine trials conducted by the Centers for Disease Control in New York, San Francisco and four other American cities. He loosed the plague of AIDS upon the American people. The gay population was infected. The ads for participants specifically asked for promiscuous homosexual male volunteers. Whatever causes AIDS was in the vaccine. The vaccine was manufactured and bottled in Phoenix, Arizona.


The order was given by the POLICY COMMITTEE of THE BILDERBERG GROUP based in Switzerland. Other measures were also ordered. The one you will be able to check the easiest is the Haig-Kissinger Depopulation Policy, which is administered by the State Department. This policy dictates that Third World nations take positive and effective steps to decrease their populations and hold them in check or they get no aid from the United States. If the Third World nations refuse, civil war usually breaks out and the rebels are usually found to be trained, armed, and financed by the Central Intelligence Agency. That is why many more civilians (especially young fertile females) than soldiers have been killed in El Salvador, Nicaragua, and other places. These wars have been instigated in Catholic countries by Jesuits (see Chapter 2). The Haig-Kissinger depopulation policy has taken over various levels of government and is in fact determining U.S. foreign policy. The planning organization operates outside the White House and directs its entire efforts to reduce the world’s population by 2 billion people through war, famine, disease, and any other means necessary. This group is the National Security Council’s Ad Hoc Group on Population Policy. The policy planning staff is in the State Department’s Office of Population Affairs, established in 1975 by Henry Kissinger. This same group drafted the Global 2000 Report to the President that was given to Carter. Thomas Ferguson, the Latin American case officer for the State Department’s Office of Population Affairs (OPA) made the following statements: “There is a single theme behind all our work; we must reduce population levels. Either they do it our way, through nice clean methods or they will get the kind of mess that we have in El Salvador, or in Iran, or in Beirut. Population is a political problem. Once population is out of control it requires authoritarian government, even fascism, to reduce it….The professionals,” stated Ferguson, “aren’t interested in lowering population for humanitarian reasons. That sounds nice. We look at resources and environmental constraints. We look at our strategic needs, and we say that this country must lower its population, or else we will have trouble. So steps are taken. El Salvador is an example where our failure to lower population by simple means has created the basis for a national security crisis. The government of El Salvador failed to use our programs to lower their population. Now they get a civil war because of it. There will be dislocation and food shortages. They still have too many people there. Civil wars are somewhat drawn-out ways to reduce population. The quickest way to reduce population is through famine, like in Africa or through DISEASE, like the Black Death, all of which MIGHT OCCUR in El Salvador.” His budget for FY 1980 was $190 million; for FY 1981 it was $220 million. The Global 2000 Report calls for doubling that figure. Henry Kissinger created this group after discussion with leaders of the Club of Rome during the 1974 population conferences in Bucharest and Rome. The Club of Rome is controlled by Europe’s Black Nobility. Alexander Haig is a firm believer in population control. It was Haig that backed Kissinger and pushed the OPA into action. Ferguson said, “We will go into a country and say, here is your goddamn development plan. Throw it out the window. Start looking at the size of your population and figure out what must be done to reduce it. If you don’t like that, if you don’t want to choose to do it through planning, then you’ll have an El Salvador or an Iran, or worse, a Cambodia.” The real reason the Shah of Iran was overthrown was that his best efforts to institute “clean programs” of birth control failed to make a significant dent in the country’s birth rate. The promise of jobs, through an ambitious industrialization program, encouraged migration toward overcrowded cities like Teheran. Under Ayatollah Khomeini, the clean programs have been dismantled. The government may make progress because it has a program “to induce up to half of Teheran’s 6 million residents to relocate. Iran’s war with Iraq really pleased the OPA.” Now you know about the Shah and now you know part of the reason we have troops in the Middle East. Marcos fell victim to the same policy.


Daniel B. Luten had this to say: “…an organization cannot have a conservation policy without having a population policy….the sanity test — in which the candidate, confronted with an overflowing sink, is classified according to whether he reaches for the mop or the faucet.” Thousands of people, mostly civilians, are killed in El Salvador’s civil war each year. “To accomplish what the State Department deems adequate ‘population control,’ the civil war would have to be greatly expanded,” according to Thomas Ferguson, the Latin American case officer for the OPA.


El Salvador was targeted for population control and war in an April 1980 population report published by the National Security Council. “El Salvador is an example of a country with serious population and political problems,” the report states. “Rapid population growth — the birth rate has remained unchanged in recent years — aggravates its population density, which is already the highest on mainland Latin America. While a population program exists on paper, it has not been pursued with a strong commitment, and contraceptives remain unavailable.” The population program “really did not work,” OPA’s Ferguson said. ‘The infrastrucure was not there to support it. There were just too many goddamn people. If you want to control a country, you have to keep the population down. Too many people breed social unrest and communism.” “Something had to be done,” the OPA official said. The birth rate is 3.3 percent — one of the highest in the world. Its population, he complained, will double in 21 years. “The civil war can help things, but it would have to be greatly expanded.”


In making sure that the population falls in El Salvador, Ferguson said, the OPA has learned a lot from its experiences in Vietnam. “We studied the thing. That area was also overpopulated and a problem. We thought that the war would lower population and we were wrong.” Now you know what we were really doing in Vietnam and why we were not allowed to win. According to Ferguson, the population in Vietnam increased during the war, despite U.S. use of defoliation and a combat strategy that encouraged civilian casualties. Now you know why those of us in the know consider Lt. Calley to be a scapegoat.


To reduce population “quickly,” said Ferguson “you have to pull all the males into the fighting and kill significant numbers of fertile, childbearing age females.” He criticized the current civil war in El Salvador: “You are killing a small number of males and not enough fertile females to do the job on the population. If the war went on 30 to 40 years like this, then you might accomplish something. Unfortunately, we don’t have too many instances like that to study.”


To aid you in your research of this travesty, the names of the significant reports are THE POPULATION BOMB by DR. PAUL R. EHRLICH (his wife Anne is a member of the Club of Rome), THE GLOBAL 2000 REPORT TO THE PRESIDENT, and THE LIMITS TO GROWTH, A REPORT FOR THE CLUB OF ROME’S PROJECT ON THE PREDICAMENT OF MANKIND.


In April 1968 the study began publicly in the Academia dei Lincei in Rome, Italy. The study had been ongoing in secret ever since the initial findings of the Huntsville meeting of 1957. They met at the instigation of Dr. Aurelio Peccei. The first real public indication of their findings and the solution that had been decided upon was publication of the book The Population Bomb in May 1968. Notice how close the dates are. On page 17 of The Population Bomb, a telling paragraph reveals all there is to know. “In summary, the world’s population will continue to grow as long as the birth rate exceeds the death rate; it’s as simple as that. When it stops growing or starts to shrink, it will mean that either the birth rate has gone down the death rate has gone up or a combination of the two. Basically, then, there are only two kinds of solutions to the population problem. One
is a ‘birth rate solution,’ in which we find ways to lower the birth rate. The other is a ‘death rate solution,’ in which ways to raise the death rate — war, famine, pestilence — find us. The problem could have been avoided by population control, in which mankind consciously adjusted the birth rate so that a ‘death rate solution’ did not have to occur.”

The recommendations of the results of the study were made by Dr. Aurelio Peccei, who pledged not to use the prophylactic and not to take the cure should the microbe be developed and should he contract the disease. Dr. Peccei was considered a hero for deciding to take the same risk as the general population. The public results of the study were published in 1968 and again in 1972. When the study was completed in 1969 U.N. Secretary General U Thant of the United Nations made this statement: “I do not wish to seem overdramatic, but I can only conclude from the information that is available to me as Secretary General, that the Members of the United Nations have perhaps ten years left in which to subordinate their ancient quarrels and launch a global partnership to curb the arms race, to defuse the population explosion, and to supply the required momentum to development efforts. If such a global partnership is not forged within the next decade, then I very much fear that the problems I have mentioned will have reached such staggering proportions that they will be beyond our capacity to control.”


MK-NAOMI was developed by the Special Operations Division (SOD) scientists at Ft. Detrick, Maryland under the supervision of the CIA. A reference to the project MK-NAOMI can be found in The Intelligence Community by Fain et al., Bowker, 1977. Lt. Col. James “Bo” Gritz was a member of the Special Operations Division of the Department of Defense, the commander of U.S. Special Forces in Latin America, the principle agent for the National Security Council’s supersecret Intelligence Support Activity (ISA), which hatched the illegal groups known as Yellow Fruit and Seaspray, and the Congressional Relations Chief for the Pentagon. Lt. Col. Gritz claims he didn’t know of any illegalities in the military or in government until he was told by a drug lord in a Third World nation. I’m sorry, but I am not that easily duped. I recommend that we support his efforts as long as his efforts help us, I also recommend that we watch him very carefully. There is a slim chance that Gritz is legitimate, but I would not put my life in his hands.


Lowell Sumner expressed his view: “As a biologist the human population explosion, and its declining spiral of natural resources, is to me the greatest threat of all. The time is ripe, even dangerously overripe, as far as the population control problem is concerned. We shall have to face up or ultimately perish, and what a dreary, stupid, unlovely way to perish, on a ruined globe stripped of its primeval beauty.”


Many other population controls have been promulgated. The reduction of the world’s population to workable levels has been virtually assured. It is only a matter of time. The problem will be to curtail further human reproduction beyond approved levels. To handle that problem the New World Order will adopt the Communist Chinese model of population control. It is the only population-control program that has ever worked. The old and infirm have been periodically murdered and couples are forbidden to have more than one child. Penalties are so severe that families in China with two children are extremely rare. Three-children families are nonexistent. A surprising byproduct is that Chinese children as a group are treated better than any other national grouping of children in the world, including the United States.


Tobacco fields in the U.S. have been fertilized with the radioactive hailings from uranium mines, resulting in a tremendous increase in the incidence of lip, mouth, throat, and lung cancer. If you do not believe it, just look at the incidence of lung cancer per capita before 1950 and compare it to the lung cancer per capita at the present time. Are those who smoke committing suicide, or are they being murdered?


Malathion, a nerve gas developed by the Nazis during World War II to kill people, is being sprayed heavily on population centers in California. The excuse used is that it will kill the Mediterranean fruit fly. The tipoff is that the orchards are not being sprayed, only people. The helicopters come from Evergreen in Arizona [Pinal airbase in Marana AZ home to chemtrail sprayer planes], a known government and a suspected CIA base. The pilots are contract pilots furnished by Evergreen. Evergreen has been named as one of the bases where drugs are flown in from Central America. The City of Pasadena passed a law making it illegal to spray malathion within the city limits. The law was ignored and the city took no action. When the people of California literally revolted against the spraying of malathion, the Governor of California stated that he did not have the power to stop the operation. What higher power is there that could prevent a governor of a state from halting the spraying of an insecticide? A warning was issued to cover up automobiles and belongings because malathion could destroy paint, some plastics, and other property. People, they said, would not be injured. It is a lie. Heart disease used to be a very rare illness. Now it is epidemic. Go and look at the statistics. I do not know what is causing this, but 80 years ago people consumed more salt, fat, cholesterol, and everything else that heart disease is blamed upon, but the disease was rare. Why is it now one of the leading killers?


In the state of Colorado and elsewhere dioxin is turning up in the drinking water in alarming levels. It should not be present in any amount. Where is it coming from? Dioxin is one of the deadliest chemicals known to man. Colorado citizens attempting to do battle against the dioxin contamination are met with closed doors, denial, and attacks upon their characters. We have watched the news in horror as story after story unfolded revealing that the Army and the CIA had released germs and viruses into the population to test their biological warfare capability. In light of what you have learned in this chapter you should now know that it was really to reduce population.


It is a matter of public record that investigations into cover-ups of radioactive leaks into the atmosphere and into ground water have revealed that some leaks were not accidental but were purposeful. Some areas of the country now have such a high rate of cancer that virtually everyone who lives in these areas will die other than a natural death. A reason for the New World Order, or rationalization, as the case may be, is the very real possibility that some terrorist will set off a global nuclear war by detonating an atomic bomb to make a political point. I believe that it is safe to say that any large-scale exchange of atomic or hydrogen weapons will result in the complete destruction of civilization, and could precipitate the escalation of the onslaught of an ice age. The obvious conclusion would be that any kind of compromise leading to coexistence is better than any kind of nuclear exchange. It is hoped that a natural metamorphosis will eventually occur. The Illuminati hope that it will result in a paradigm shift of the evolutionary consciousness of man. This could cause the formation of a state where no government is needed, where anarchy is not to be feared. They dream that the end result will be the world that Christ taught but that the Christian religion prevents. It is ironic that the Illuminati actually believe that this can evolve from a plan built upon such suffering. Christ suffered, if the New Testament is true, to bring about his world; and if he suffered maybe it is necessary that we also suffer. I am not wise enough to know the answer.


I managed to locate a reference to The Protocols of Sion dated in the 1700s (see Chapter 15, page 269). This plan for subjugation of the world correctly outlined exactly what has happened since the Protocols were discovered, and that is all that is needed to confirm the authenticity of the information contained within the document. It is clear that the Illuminati has planned to rule the world for centuries. They have followed the plan outlined in The Protocols of Sion. The Illuminati could not possibly have succeeded, however, if an alliance had not been formed with the other world power structures. De Facto US president Barack Hussein Obama, World Health Organization Head Dr. Margaret Chan and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Dr. Thomas R. Frieden are all guilty of conspiring to commit and committing the following high crimes: bio-terrorism, crimes against humanity, genocide and conspiracy to commit mass murder.

Bioterrorism is terrorism by intentional release or dissemination of biological agents (bacteria, viruses, or toxins); these may be in a naturally-occurring or in a human-modified form.

According to the US-based Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC): A bioterrorism attack is the deliberate release of viruses, bacteria, or other germs (agents) used to cause illness or death in people, animals, or plants. These agents are typically found in nature, but it is possible that they could be changed to increase their ability to cause disease, make them resistant to current medicines, or to increase their ability to be spread into the environment.

In 1975 the U.S. ratified both the 1925 Geneva Protocol and the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) — international treaties outlawing biological warfare. Recent U.S. biodefense programs, however, have raised concerns that it may be pursuing research that is outlawed by the BWC. In recent years the U.S. stance on biological warfare and the use of biological agents has differed from historical interpretations of the BWC. For example, it is said that the U.S. now maintains that the Article I of the BWC (which explicitly bans bio-weapons), does not apply to “non-lethal” biological agents. Previous interpretation was stated to be in line with a definition laid out in Public Law 101-298, the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989. That law defined a biological agent as:

.."any micro-organism, virus, infectious substance, or biological product that may be engineered as a result of biotechnology, or any naturally occurring or bioengineered component of any such microorganism, virus, infectious substance, or biological product, capable of causing death, disease, or other biological malfunction in a human, an animal, a plant, or another living organism; deterioration of food, water, equipment, supplies, or material of any kind…"

According to the Federation of American Scientists, U.S. work on non-lethal agents exceeds limitations in the BWC. When the U.S. BW program ended in 1969 it had developed seven mass-produced, battle-ready biological weapons in the form of agents that cause: anthrax, tularemia, brucellosis, Q-fever, VEE, and botulism. In addition Staphylococcal Enterotoxin B was produced as an incapacitating agent.
In addition to the agents that were ready to be used the U.S. program conducted research into the weaponization of more than 20 other agents. They included: smallpox, EEE and WEE, AHF, Hantavirus, BHF, Lassa fever, glanders, melioidosis, plague, yellow fever, psittacosis, typhus, dengue fever, Rift Valley fever (RVF), CHIKV, late blight of potato, rinderpest, Newcastle disease, bird flu, and the toxin ricin.

Under the Bush administration the U.S. Army replaced its Military Institute of Infectious Diseases at Fort Detrick, Md., “with a new laboratory that would be a component of a biodefense campus operated by several agencies.” The Army told the Associate Press that the laboratory is intended to continue research that is only meant for defense against biological threats.

But University of Illinois international law professor Francis Boyle charged the Fort Detrick work would include “acquiring, growing, modifying, storing, packaging and dispersing classical, emerging and genetically engineered pathogens.” Those activities, as well as planned study of the properties of pathogens when weaponized, “are unmistakable hallmarks of an offensive weapons program.”

Boyle made his comments to Fort Detrick as part of its environmental impact assessment of the new facility. Boyle pointed out in his letter that he authored the 1989 U.S. law enacted by Congress that criminalized BWC violations.

The Fort Detrick expansion is but one phase of a multi-billion biotech buildup going forward in 11 agencies sparked by the Oct., 2001, anthrax attacks on Congress that claimed five lives and sickened 17.

The attacks, and ensuing panic, led to passage of the BioShield Act of 2004. Evidence stated that the attacks were not perpetrated by any foreign government or terrorist band but originated at Fort Detrick, the huge, supposedly super-safe biotechnology research center. After an intensive FBI investigation, one person was charged with the crime but never went to trial because the Anthrax suspect at Fort Detrick commited suicide.

Referring to the work undertaken at Fort Detrick, Mark Wheelis, Senior Lecturer in the Section of Microbiology of the University of California, Davis, told the Global Security Newswire (GNS) as far back as June 30, 2004,

“This is absolutely without any question what one would do to develop an offensive biological weapons capability.”

“We’re going to develop new pathogens for various purposes. We’re going to develop new ways of packaging them, new ways of disseminating them. We’re going to harden them to environmental degradation. We’ll be prepared to go offensive at the drop of a hat if we so desire,”

he told the Global Security Newswire.

Alan Pearson, director of the chemical and bioweapons control program at the Center for Arms Control and Nonproliferation Studies in Washington, told the Baltimore Sun government scientists must tread carefully lest they wind up “in essence creating new threats that we’re going to have to defend ourselves against.”

Richard Novick, a New York University microbiology professor has stated, “I cannot envision any imaginable justification for changing the antigenicity of anthrax as a defensive measure.” (That is, to create a new strain for which there is no known cure. - The WHO has declared that the H1N1 virus is a new strain for which there is no known cure.)

Milton Leitenberg, a University of Maryland arms control advocate, told The Washington Post last July 30th, “If we saw others doing this kind of research (Fort Detrick), we would view it as an infringement of the bioweapons treaty. You can’t go around the world yelling about Iranian and North Korean programs, about which we know very little, when we’ve got all this going on.”

One alarming example of such Federally-funded research reported in the October, 2003, issue of “New Scientist,” is the creation of “an extremely deadly form of mousepox, a relative of the smallpox virus, through genetic engineering.” The publication warned such research “brings closer the prospect of pox viruses that cause only mild infections in humans being turned into diseases lethal even to people who have been vaccinated.”

Edward Hammond, director of The Sunshine Project of Austin, Tex., a non-profit working for transparency in biological research, said the recreation of the deadly 1918 “Spanish flu” germ that killed an estimated 40-million world-wide, means “the possibility of man-made disaster, either accidental or deliberate, has risen for the entire world.” The H1N1 virus has been repeatedly compared to the 1918 Spanish flu. That would mean that the H1N1 virus outbreak is the man-made disaster that Edward Hammond warned of.

Richard H. Ebright, a Rutgers University chemist who tracks arms control issues, told The Baltimore Sun the government’s tenfold expansion of Biosafety Level-4 laboratories, such as those at Fort Detrick, raises the risk of accidents or the diversion of dangerous organisms. “If a worker in one of these facilities removes a single viral particle or a single cell, which cannot be detected or prevented, that single particle or cell can form the basis of an outbreak,” he said. On April 23, 2009 CNN published a story concerning missing vials of a potentially dangerous virus that prompted an Army investigation into the disappearance from a biological weapons research lab in Maryland. The Army’s Criminal Investigation Command agents were sent to Fort Detrick in Frederick, Maryland, to investigate the disappearance of the vials. The vials contained samples of Venezuelan Equine Encephalitis, a virus that sickens horses and can be spread to humans by mosquitoes (a vaccine uses a syringe that functions like a mosquito in that it draws blood). In 97 percent of cases, humans with the virus suffer flu-like symptoms, but it can be deadly in about 1 out of 100 cases, according to Caree Vander Linden, a spokeswoman for the Army’s Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases.

The expansion at Fort Detrick flows from a paper penned by President Bush. His Homeland Security Presidential Directive, HSPD-10, written April 28, 2004, states,

“Among our many initiatives we are continuing to develop more forward-looking analyses, to include Red Teaming efforts, to understand new scientific trends that may be exploited by our adversaries to develop biological weapons and to help position intelligence collectors ahead of the problem.”

Boyle said the Bush paper is “a smoking gun” fired at the BWC. “Red Teaming means that we actually have people out there on a Red Team plotting, planning, scheming and conspiring how to use biowarfare.”

On April 16, 2009 Barack Hussein Obama did wilfully and intentionally release a biological agent, the swine flu virus. The day after the nation wide Tax Day Tea Party Revolt (Disgruntled American taxpayers fed up with higher taxes and government spending convened in protest at hundreds of locations in all 50 states), Barack Obama made a previously unscheduled trip to Mexico whereby he ordered biological weapons expert Marc S Griswold to transport the A-H1N1 virus from the US biological weapons (HIV, Ebola, Anthrax, GWS, Avian influenza, West Nile Virus, H1N1 influenza) research lab at Fort Detrick Maryland aboard Air Force One to Mexico. A few days later, after Obama arrived in Mexico, the first case of the swine flu was reported in Mexico.

Biological weapons expert Marc S Griswold, who travelled to Mexico with President Obama on April 16, 2009 is the first documented and confirmed A-H1N1 swine flu infection case. The agent is patient zero. Patient zero infected several members of his family in Anne Arundel County, prompting assurances from the White House that the president was safe.

Marc S. Griswold, a former Secret Service agent who was serving as the lead advance special agent for Energy Secretary Steven Chu on president Obama’s April trip to Mexico, said in an interview that the minor cough he developed in Mexico grew into swine flu. Although he has recovered and is back to work, he and his family have watched in shock as his illness has sparked national security concerns, severely strained his relationship with his brother (Griswold probably infected his nephew) and put his family at the center of rumors and panic in his Severna Park neighborhood. Griswold said in frustration on the front steps of his house. “We’ve been told we’re not contagious. We’re already past the seven-day mark for that.”

At the White House, press secretary Robert Gibbs did not identify Griswold by name but said officials asked the infected agent whether he remembers coming within six feet of the president during the trip. The answer was no, Gibbs told reporters. Obama’s doctor, David Martin, issued a letter to more than 100 White House staffers and reporters, alerting them that they had been exposed but expressing confidence that further infections were unlikely.

“The president, as I’ve said here many times, has not experienced any symptoms, and the doctors see no need to conduct any tests,” Gibbs said.

Griswold stated that his symptoms started innocuously, with a minor cough that began soon after his trip to Mexico as part of the president’s entourage.

Obama and Chu, accompanied by Griswold, were part of a “working dinner” in Mexico on April 16. Griswold returned from Mexico on April 18, officials said, on United Flight 822 to Dulles International Airport.

When he got home, he chalked up the cough to Mexico’s pollution and thought nothing of it the night after his return when he brought a present from Mexico to his brother’s house and stayed for dinner.

Griswold’s wife, Alison, a registered nurse, was the first to notice something wrong in the family. When she checked on her 7-year-old son at school April 21, something about him seemed off. He said he felt fine and he looked all right, Alison Griswold said. But the school nurse said he had a low fever, so Alison took him home and kept him there for two days until he recovered.

Then she started getting sick: a cough, a high fever and chills. That Friday, Griswold and his wife went to a doctor, who wasn’t overly concerned. On Sunday, they saw another doctor, who gave them a flu test that came back negative. On Tuesday, on advice from health officials, the couple and their youngest child got the more thorough nasal swab test.

The results came in Wednesday morning: positive for Type A influenza, probably the swine flu. As reports of their test results reached the White House, officials immediately began piecing together Griswold’s brief connection to Obama. Aides began calling people who had traveled with the president and informed the president.

The White House press office began preparing to make a dramatic reversal. For days, Gibbs had insisted there had been no real danger of infection during Obama’s Mexico visit. Gibbs shot down repeated questions about health concerns, saying Obama “has not exhibited any symptoms; neither has anybody traveling with him.”

How did the H1N1 virus spread?
Marc S. Griswold returned from Mexico on April 18, officials said, on United Flight 822 to Dulles International Airport. Washington Dulles International Airport is a public airport located 25 miles (40 km) west of the central business district of Washington, D.C., in Dulles, Virginia. Dulles is served by nearly a dozen U.S.-flagged carriers and nearly two dozen international carriers. Airlines serving Dulles provide non-stop service to over 80 domestic destinations and to over 40 international destinations. On a typical day, Dulles sees 1,000 to 1,200 flight operations.

When word got out that Agent Marc S. Griswold was infected with the H1N1 virus the government was only concerned about the health of president Obama. No one sought to contact everyone on the same flight as Griswold. If you have a confirmed case of an influenza outbreak the immediate response is for the government to immediately track down everyone who came in contact with Patient Zero and initiate a quarantine. No one, not even Obama, bothered to spring into to action to prevent the spread of the H1N1 virus that the WHO has declared a pandemic. Obama, the WHO and the CDC failed to do their job to protect the people from this influenza outbreak. It is as if they wanted it to happen. Instead of quarantining Griswold, his family, and everyone who came in contact with Griswold on United Airlines Flight 822 they allowed the H1N1 influenza virus to spread. Dulles international airport was the hub for the H1N1 virus to spread globally.

Obama has a responsibility to the people. As president he failed as miserably as George W Bush’s handling of Hurricane Katrina. Obama’s complete inaction shows complacency. Inaction could also imply conspiracy. Perhaps the rumours are true. Did Obama order a biological attack against Mexico and his own country? What was Obama’s motive to unleash a biological weapons grade influenza strain? What was the means? What opportunity did he have? Motive could be the Tax Day Tea Party which millions of ordinary US citizens participated in as a nation wide protest against Obama’s government policies and out of control spending that occurred on April 15, 2009 - the day before Obama landed in Mexico. Not even in office 100 days the people were angrily protesting and petitioning Obama and his government for change. Did Obama fear they would ask for his resignation? Did he react out of anger because the US people no longer saw him as their saviour and out of anger ordered the H1N1 virus released? He surely had the means. Fort Detrick where this new viral infection was created is just outside Washington DC. He did have Air Force One at his disposal as a means to transport the virus from Fort Detrick to Mexico. Air Force one is considered US soil no matter where it lands and as such no country can board it or inspect it. He did have an excuse to go to Mexico right away. Mexico had a very violent and deadly drug war going on until the first case of H1N1 virus was reported in Mexico. Before the H1N1 virus outbreak the news was reporting daily about the battle between the Mexican government and the drug lords. Bodies were being discovered by US border guards on a daily bases. That has all but stop as a result of the H1N1 flu.

On Saturday October 23, 2009 Obama declared a national state of emergency as a result of the sharp rise in the number of people who have now become infected with the A-H1N1 or swine flu virus. Obama, the WHO and the CDC have declared that millions of American are now infected with the virus. That is what is known as a half-truth. Yes millions are infected but the truth is how they became infected. The millions of Americans who are now infected were not infected naturally. Millions were infected by the Obama ordered nation wide vaccination program. The vaccination program is a bio-terrorism attack against the American people and the World population. Only a handful of American were infected with the A-H1N1 virus naturally - from another infected person. Millions became infected only after they got the vaccine or nasal spray. Both the vaccine and the nasal spray are the bio-terrorism dissemination tool that the bio-terrorists Barack Hussein Obama, Dr. Margaret Chan and Dr. Thomas R. Frieden used to commit their crimes of bioterrorism, crimes against humanity, genocide and conspiracy to commit mass murder.

Under orders from Barack Hussein Obama, Dr. Margaret Chan and Dr. Thomas R. Frieden vaccine makers have manufactured biological weapons grade vaccines and begun shipping:

* Live Attenuated Influenza Vaccine (LAIV) nasal spray for H1N1 flu, and
* 15 microgram pre-filled syringes for use in children age 4 and older
* Multidose vials for persons 6 months of age and older

The CDC isolated and genetically altered (engineered) the H1N1 flu virus so that it can be used to make hundreds of millions of doses of the bio-terrorism agent. The new genetically engineered (novel) A-H1N1 virus now contains a lethal combination of bacteria, viruses, and toxins.

Some 11 million doses of the CDC genetically engineered H1N1 virus have been shipped to all 50 states as of October 21, 2009 to deliberately cause the illness or death of millions of American people. Children and pregnant women are Obama’s, the WHO and the CDC main target. They are at higher risk of complications. Children and pregnant women have under developed or compromised immune systems so they are unable to combat the biological weapon called the swine flu or A-H1N1 virus. The vaccine is a cocktail of bacteria, viruses, and toxins which will make every child and pregnant women who gets vaccinated very sick and/or die. The next largest group of people who are being targeted by the bio-terrorists Obama, Dr. Margaret Chan and Dr. Thomas R. Frieden are the elderly. They too are easily infected as their immune system have greatly degraded because of their age. The third group being targeted are the chronically ill. All will die if they are infected with the live A-H1N1 virus and other toxins that make up the Obama biological weapon called the Swine Flu Vaccine. The chronically ill cannot fight off both their existing illness or disease and the highly concentrated dosage of the swine flu virus that is in every vaccine.

Obama, Dr. Margaret Chan and Dr. Thomas R. Frieden are all guilty of bioterrorism, crimes against humanity, genocide and conspiracy to commit mass murder. Their crimes are most heinous than all the combined crimes of every terrorist attack that has ever occured, both in the US and elsewhere in the World. Their crimes are greater than those that occured on September 11, 2001 because their crimes will murder millions whereas 9/11 took only 2993 people, including the hijackers. Their crimes are more heinous than Saddam Hussein’s killing of 148 Iraqi Shi’a Muslims in 1982 using chemical weapons provided by the US government. Their crimes are greater than what Churchill did to Europe. Joseph Stalin, Adolf Hitler and Barack Obama all came to power at a time of extreme instability in their countries. All took advantage of the chaos going on in their countries to seize power and garner political support for their totalitarian causes.

Obama, Dr. Margaret Chan and Dr. Thomas R. Frieden crimes are crimes against humanity because they are targeting and killing millions of civilians - mainly women, children and the elderly. Crimes against humanity, as defined by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court Explanatory Memorandum, “are particularly odious offences in that they constitute a serious attack on human dignity or grave humiliation or a degradation of one or more human beings. The London Charter of the International Military Tribunal defined crimes against humanity as: “Murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation, and other inhumane acts committed against any civilian population, before or during the war, or persecutions on political, racial or religious grounds in execution of or in connection with any crime within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal, whether or not in violation of the domestic law of the country where perpetrated”.

Obama, Dr. Margaret Chan and Dr. Thomas R. Frieden crimes are a deliberate and intentional killing of large numbers of civilians for political or other purposes. That is not tolerable under the international systems. And it should be prosecuted pursuant to the existing laws. . . . We’re not re-writing any rules. We don’t have to re-write any rules. We have to apply the existing rules.
