I recently bought a David Pal 36 with CES and I've been using it a lot but it doesn't seem to be having much if any effect on me. I've been doing Alpha and Theta sessions but I don't really feel particularly relaxed during or after the session. Maybe I do a little sometimes, but not enough to say for sure.
