I would encourage you to make a decision. If you are miserable, then dig deeply. Journal, go to meetings, therapy, meditate, do dreamwork, pray, repeat phrases in your head that aren't self-killing or at least try to re-word the automatic thoughts. work with whatever tools you have. the point is to take conscious action to be open to seeing something in a different way. be willing to think that maybe what you are thinking is wrong. you don't have to know what is right, just be willing to know... read more
