I grew up in east Africa and Latin America and later moved to the US. I am awed and humbled by the beauty and diversity of all the places I have been, and find myself content to just experience what life on this planet is, trying as many of us are to escape judgements and the constant identification with our own ego.
I continue to travel, and persue those things that make me truly happy or grow into a fuller being able to experience more of life. I own a sustainable fairtrade surfboard company called BalsaTribe, check the tribe, and make custom wood surfboards, as well as work with small groups and the power of Yaje in the land of the Secoya's of Ecuatorian Amazon. I am dedicated to creating positive enterprises facilitatiing an exchange of wealth and knowledge between the "have's" and the "have nots". I seek within myself to have the strength of the "nots" and power of the "have's". I often smile from the deepest core of my being.
