thanks for the quick reply! yes, we didn't give much good info for you to interpret but you were right on that we had to reinstall the operating system due to start up malfunction.

we had to reload the software back onto our powerbook g4 after a freeze up snafu and now notice we no longer have the wordprocessing software Word. what happened? thanks to everyone who answers our rookie questions on this forum. discussion post on Mon, July 7, 2008 - 9:34 AM
