hi ya all,just had a recent realization about all these spritual methods and their ways.it seem s to me that cognition cannot be stopped as the mind is always riddling something,but it can be escaped briefly.kinda like watching a river or car go by without getting in it. like taking a step back from yourself and just watching the mind do its own thing without getting caught up in it.
