I'm back in Oakland for a bit. Me and my lover came down from Vancouver, where I have been living for the last 9 months. I'm going to be going to the next Screwup and the trans march and faerie village at Pride and to Fresh Meat on the 22nd, so we can see the ASL translation version. We bought our tickets for Fresh Meat online, just to be sure to get some. It was so amazing last year.

I cry every day. I will really miss Oakland. I hope Vancouver turns out to be more fun this time around. I'm really trying to find positive things. We'll be living in the Van equivalent of the gay village, where I'll be able to get food late at night, and go out for a drink really easily. We'll be able to see a bit of the ocean from our windows.
