As well as being truly wonderful Little Flowers body work is second to none. I have had both therapeutic and relaxation massage from many talented body workers and i must say that Little Flowers ability to balance the two allowed me another level of both. Her lyric almost dance inspired movement and timing seemed to "teach" my body to relax. Gentle physical reminders assisting me to a deeper and deeper state of relaxation Her work is a unique proportioning of relaxation and revitalization. There are certain individuals that are just surrounded by good energy, and Suman is one of them. Her presence makes me feel happier and more calm. We haven't even really spent all that much time together, but during those moments, I really feel at peace. You're just wonderful!

There are rumors going around that Jack Herer, the "Emperor of Hemp" died after a heart attack this weekend in Oregon! This is not true! He is still alive in the hospital and can benefit from our prayers! I was with him when this happened and am a bit devastated, but still holding strong! Pray for a miracle! They do exist, and Jack needs us right now...let's all put our hearts in the right place for the man who has worked so tirelessly for the Hemp Movement for so long! Om Peace, our prayers ...

In all the hub-bub over the untimely death of Michael Jackson, and the timely death of Farrah Fawcett, one true master who passed away recently was overlooked (along with David Carradine...RIP)...I thought i would at least pay tribute here, for what it's worth. To those of you who knew him, who didn't know he died, and those of you who didn't know him, do yourself a favor and check out his music....truly sublime and beautiful....will transport you like a magic carpet ride....i would recommend...
