My daughter called me today at work so excited... She was accepted as her Biology Professor to be one of his assistants in the fall semester at UC Davis for field research. She will be working with how tropical diseases affect humans and animals differently. She may get to travel to South America and Africa next summer. She is so excited. I am so proud of her for following her dreams. Here's a picture so her while on a trip to the Amazon with a baby cababara.

Well it was wonderful to have my daughter down for Spring Break from Davis. She brought her 2 dogs with her so we had a busy week with 5 dogs in the house. Whew! Her little guy Esteban is doing better, he is now on doggy prozac suffering from depression and seperation anxiety.
My son is almost done with my bathroom and has finished the side gate. I'm almost done painting my kitchen cabinets. Soon the house will be on the market or up for lease option, whichever comes first.

Well, I've got just about everything packed up, just have to finish up the kitchen and the garage. My son is finishing up my bathroom this week and I'm starting in on my kitchen cabinets. When those are done just a little drywall repair, painting and carpet cleaning and the house will go up for lease option to buy or sell. I've found my house in Burleson TX, just 10 minutes from Ft Worth. It will need to be build so I'll be renting for a while but I will actually have a place for my clay ... read more
